Locally grown sunchokes (Jerusalem artichokes) chemical-free and freshly dug! These delicious, hardy perennial tubers are perfect for home gardens, permaculture plots, and edible landscapes. Once planted, they come back year after year and produce cheerful yellow flowers that attract pollinators. 

Available Varieties:

Skorospelka – A vigorous, early-maturing variety originally from Eastern Europe. Produces long, knobby tubers with purple & tan skin and crisp white flesh. Excellent for roasting or fermenting. Known for its high yields and cold-hardiness, thrives even in poor soils. 

Canaan Cream – A smoother, cream-skinned variety developed in New England. Slightly later to mature but easier to clean and slice. Milder, nutty flavor that shines raw in salads or lightly sautéed. Good choice for those who want a less “earthy” taste and easier prep.

Both are hardy perennials that thrive in full sun and well-drained soil. Plant 3–4” deep in spring or fall and enjoy years of harvest with minimal care.
